Traditional cuisine and excellent tank beer
You can find Spilka in the herritage listed beer fermenter of the former Stein brewery, which was built in 1871 and was the third largest brewery in Czechoslovakia at the time. Here you will find tank beer, generous spaces between the columns of the fermenter, traditional cuisine with a bold twist and a modern touch, and a bakery. In the words of Spilka owners: “Typical brewery dishes are faithful to the classic Czechoslovak nature of flavors, dressed in a new way.”
The interior has two floors and outside there is a spacious terrace in the garden in the inner block. Experience the atmosphere in an open space with a high ceiling and original Stein lamps, between columns with original paneling and see the iron doors of the steam boilers or the historic elevator.
