Mansion in Stupava
The Pálffys – an aristocratic dynasty from the period of the Hungarian Kingdom – selected their seats with care.
In the 16th century they decided to move their residence from the cold stones of Pajštún castle to a much more comfortable and convenient mansion in the Renaissance style in the little town of Stupava. The mansion is currently used as a retirement home and is surrounded by a much visited park.
