Casa Inka – Peruvian Restaurant
True dishes from Peru cooked by Peruvian chefs. Peruvian cuisine was born from the fusion of local flavors and seasonings combined with the cooking and traditions brought by immigrants from Spain, Italy, China and Japan. Peru is the country with the highest number of standard national dishes (almost 500) and many of the ingredients come from America. Due to their development in Peru during pre-Columbian times, it is believed that most of these ingredients were originally cultivated in Peru and then spread to other parts of the American continent.
