It’s important to do something good for your body from time to time, and there’s no reason to stop your exercise when in Bratislava, since the city offers so many sporting opportunities.
1. ČSOB BRATISLAVA MARATHON
The ČSOB Bratislava Marathon has had 10 successful years. During the marathon weekend, you can choose from 7 disciplines from the shortest routes for children to the royal discipline, which is a marathon.

2. NATIONAL RUN DEVÍN – BRATISLAVA – 69th YEAR
The running event, taking place on 10 April this year is ideal for all ages and performance categories. The event prides itself on international participation and around two thousand runners traditionally take part in it. The start of the run is at a historically memorable place – under Devín Castle. The finish and announcement of the results will take place in Bratislava’s center.

3. 2 MILE RUN BRATISLAVA
Competition for the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team Challenge Cup: All the runners of the 2-mile run will be included in this Cup, only divided to categories of men and women.

4. WINGS FOR LIFE RUN
WingsforLifeWorld Run: Running for those who can’t run. The entire registration fee goes to the nonprofit foundation Wings for Life, which aims to raise as much funds as possible for research into treatments for spinal cord injuries.

5. VOLKSWAGEN SLOVAKIA RUN AND FUN
5th annual Volkswagen Slovakia Run and Fun will be held on 21 May 2016. The competition will be in the categories Ladies relay, Hobby relay, Children’s relay and Royal relay.

6. GET RAINBOWED
Get Rainbowed is a fun 5-kilometer charity race in which a color zone is prepared for the runners at each kilometer, where they are showered with powdered Hedon colors.

7. O2 MOON RUN 2016
On 20 June 2016 at 9:00 PM, enjoy the night run with a headlamp under the full moon. It’s an experience you won’t forget! Yes, it’s on Monday, at least you have a free weekend :-) The route runs from the confluence of the Morava and Danube Rivers under Devin Castle, through Devínska Kobyla (Jesuit forests) to Bratislava Castle. A choice of two lengths of track: 14 km and 6 km through the forest and around the city. The common finish is at Bratislava Castle.

8. TVRĎÁK – CROSS RUNS

9. DM WOMEN RUN
After a successful fourth annual event dm women’s run, we have prepared for you the 5th year, which will take place 10 September 2016. Registration for this event will be launched during June 2016.

10. TELEKOM NIGHT RUN

11. NEW YEAR RUN OVER THE BRATISLAVA BRIDGES
A running event for all who can’t even imagine New Year’s Eve without sports. The route passes through all available Bratislava bridges and along the Danube embankment. Route length: 10 km. All running participants will receive a commemorative medal. Come celebrate the last day of the year by running!
