The Secrets of the Universe in the Glass of Ján Zoričák
A unique exhibition by one of the most acclaimed artists in contemporary global glass art, presented on the occasion of his 80th birthday, is coming directly to Bratislava Castle.
Ján Zoričák is a leading figure in the prismatic sculpture movement. His original artistic creations have established him as a pioneer and advocate of a new approach to glass as an independent art medium. The lifelong theme of his work is the universe, and he creates his glass sculptures in cycles such as Cosmic Signals, Heavenly Gardens, Stars, and many more.
The exhibition will be open at the Slovak National Museum – Historical Museum in the Knight’s Hall at Bratislava Castle from November 15, 2024, to February 3, 2025.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on November 14, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
