The folk ensemble Dragúni cordially invites you to a unique evening filled with authentic Slovak and Ukrainian folk music and dance as part of the Tanečný dom XXIII. dance season. Enjoy the atmosphere of traditional dances and songs.
Dragúni is a group dedicated to preserving and promoting folk culture and traditions. This event will focus on teaching and showcasing traditional dances and music. The evening will feature czardas dances from the Zemplín region and Ukrainian dances such as Kochanka, Hopak, and Holubka from the Zakarpattia region. The popular band FAJTA will provide live musical accompaniment, with Štefan Štec – one of the most prominent performers of Slovak folk music – singing and dancing.
Dance lessons will be led by experienced dance masters Barbora and Fero Morong, along with guest instructors Štefan Štec and Veronika Halčinová. This evening is a perfect opportunity for all lovers of traditional culture and dance to learn authentic steps and experience the unique atmosphere of folk art.
The event will take place at Kácečko (Kamenné námestie 1/a, 4th floor of the PRIOR department store) on [date], starting at 8:00 PM.
