The festival of good food is coming to Bratislava again

Slovak Food Truck Fest returns to the capital in autumn, where its spring version took place this year. It was from Bratislava that the festival went on its journey throughout Slovakia in April. So far, you could have enjoyed it in Skalica, Trnava, Nitra, Topoľčany, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Trenčianske Teplice, Žilina, Poprad, Banská Bystrica and Piešťany.
A stylish street food festival like never experienced before in Slovakia will open its food trucks in the streets of Bratislava from 15th to 18th September. It will offer gastronomic specialties from Slovakia and the world in unique food trucks, along with a rich programme for families with children, young people and visitors to the city. And not only that.
The Slovak version of the largest street food festival in the EU will offer cooking shows, animations for children, famous presenters, competitions and interesting concerts at the Eurovea complex. Historical replicas of cars and trailers adapted for serving food and drinks will bring a varied street food. You can find all kinds of good things from burgers, through gyoza to homemade “párance” or loksha.
In addition, the Food Truck Fest helps local communities with a collection and a Community Craft Lane to showcase local producers. The festival also emphasizes ecology. It uses 100% recyclable consumables and separates 100% of waste.
