Nepravé dvere ako brána z iného sveta v hrobkách z doby staviteľov pyramíd
In the period of the pyramid builders, the so-called false door was the focal point of the funerary cult in non-royal tombs. In the minds of the ancient Egyptians they symbolized an imaginary boundary between the world of the living and the beyond (the underworld). The spirit of the deceased passed through the false door into the tomb chapel, where he had food and drink prepared. When the spirit had had its fill, it returned to the underworld. The lecture will introduce not only the form and meaning of the false door, but also the functioning of the cult of the afterlife in ancient Egypt.
