The origins of viticulture in Bratislava and its viticultural tradition

What were the beginnings of viticulture in the territory of today’s Bratislava? How did viticultural law work? Which companies were involved in wine production and what types were drunk here? Where was Bratislava wine exported to? A guided tour of the viticulture exhibition with Štefan Hrivňák, curator of the MMB, will bring the history of viticulture to life and answer these and other questions.

The meeting will take place in front of the entrance to the viticulture exhibition in the courtyard of Apponyi Palace.
