The International Congress of Quantum Chemistry (ICQC) is held triennially under the patronage of the International Academy of Quantum Molecular Science. It is a unique opportunity for scientists working in the field of theoretical and computational chemistry to present and discuss the latest developments and research advances. The first ICQC took place in Menton, France, in 1973, where it also returned 45 years later for its 16th iteration. The 15th Congress took place in Beijing, China.
The 17th ICQC scientific program comprised plenary lectures, select presentations, and discussions in two poster sessions. The event shed light on recent interesting new ideas and presentations by young scientists.
