CHANGING THE VOUCHER FOR BRATISLAVA CARD

The Card can be picked up at the locations listed below. It is necessary to have the printed voucher that was sent to your e-mail address with you. The Card will only be activated once collected in person.

  • Tourist information centre BTB – Klobučnícka 2, 811 01 Bratislava
    Opening hours: IV – X Mon – Sun 9.00 am to 7.00 pm / XI – III Mon – Sun 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Tourist information centre BTB – Letisko M.R. Štefánika, Ivanská cesta, 820 01 Bratislava – Current opening hours are available here.
  • Slovak Lines Ticket Offices – Bus Station, Bottova 7, 811 09 Bratislava – Opening hours: Mon – Fri 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, Sat – Sun 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
  • ZSSK Customer Centre – Hlavná stanica Railway Station, Námestie Franza Liszta 1, 811 04 Bratislava – Opening hours: Mon – Sun 6.45 am to 7.30 pm
